Description

Seep is a compassionate counsellor committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive support for individuals navigating addiction, emotional distress, and personal hardship. She has a foundation in harm minimisation and person-centred care, with experience supporting people through substance use recovery, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Seep also works closely with women in crisis, including those impacted by domestic and family violence. Her practice is inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQ+ individuals, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Seep has experience working with neurodivergent clients and NDIS funded participants. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, she ensures that language and cultural context are integral to care.
