Jamie is a registered psychologist with expertise in working with adolescent, adult, and older adult populations. Her experience spans public health services and private organisations, providing a well-rounded perspective on delivering mental health care across diverse settings. Jamie’s therapeutic work is grounded in an evidence-based, holistic approach, guided by the biopsychosocial model of care, addressing emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing. She has a background in health promotion and is committed to culturally inclusive and trauma-informed practices, ensuring care is respectful, safe, and responsive to each individual’s background and unique experiences. Jamie has experience working with neurodivergent clients and NDIS-funded participants. She is passionate about empowering clients to build resilience, manage health-related changes, and enhance overall quality of life. Jamie also integrates strategies for prevention, early intervention, and self-care into her work, fostering long-term wellbeing and personal growth. She holds registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPI).
